Identifying and Managing Concerns

An open culture is vital for effective safeguarding. We encourage the sharing of safeguarding and conduct concerns, ensuring that staff and managers are trained to respond confidently and effectively.

Managing Leavers and Referring Information

We manage the departure of staff with courage, fairness, and compassion. Our process includes applying a safeguarding mindset when referring and sharing safeguarding and conduct information with relevant parties, including other employers, local authorities, and the DBS when necessary.
